Your package will be priced according to the acreage that is flown and the number of buildings to be inspected. In addition, travel expenses for our remote pilot will be included in the price.
How are problem locations (such as pavement distress) identified in the report?
A general location is referenced to the nearest identifiable object and a specific location is provided in GPS coordinates.
What precautions will the Remote Pilot implement to maintain safe drone flight operations?
Drone operations will never exceed 30 minutes in duration.
What is the quality of the images and/or video provided to the property owner in the final report?
Drone operations performed by a FAA certified Remote Pilot (FAR Part 107) under the direct authority of the airport ARE safe operations. However, drone operations should only be flown when manned aircraft are not operating on the airport.
What is meant by non-interference?
Hi-Flt Services, LLC operates on a strictly non-interference basis in coordination with ATC. If your airport is uncontrolled, the Remote Pilot will monitor UNICOM, CTAF, or whatever common frequency is in-use at the airport. Drone operations will cease whenever a manned aircraft is operating on the airport.

- The Remote Pilot will always keep the drone in sight.
- The Remote Pilot will not overfly people on the ground without a waiver from the FAA.
- The Remote Pilot will land the drone immediately whenever a conflict exists in the air or on the ground.
- Drone operations will not exceed an altitude of 400 ft. AGL.
- The Drone and the system supporting the drone will always be maintained in accordance with FAR Part 107.
- The Remote Pilot will coordinate the issuance of a NOTAM by the airport authority for all drone operations.
